CMG: CMG increase charter capital of CMC TI to 250 billion dongs

CMC Corporation announced the Resolution No. 03/2013/NQ-HDQT dated January 23, 2013 by the Board of Directors as follows:

- Approved to buy 4,302,369 shares or 43,023,690,000 dongs of CMC Telecommunication Infrastructure Corporation (CMC TI). In case other minority shareholders do not buy new shares, the Board of Directors authorized to Mr. Ha The Minh - Chairman of the BOD and Mr. Nguyen Trung Chinh – CEO to consider the new share purchase.
