- Ex-right date: December 25, 2012

- Record date: December 27, 2012

- Purpose: to implement cash dividend advance of 2012.

- Dividend pay-out ratio: 25% (VND2,500/share)

- Payment date: January 04, 2013

Place & procedure of payment:

- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Accounting Department, Minh Phu Seafood Group Corporation, Ward 8 Industrial Zone, Ca Mau City, Ca Mau Province from January 04, 2013, and please submit ID cards.
