HOSE announces the record date for dividend advance of 2012 of Phu Tai Joint Stock Company announced:

- Stock symbol: PTB

- Ex-right date: November 22, 2012

- Record date: November 26, 2012

- Purpose: to implement cash dividend advance of 2012.

- Dividend pay-out ratio: 10% (VND1,000/share)

- Payment date: December 12, 2012

Place & procedure of payment:

- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: shareholders will receive dividend at Phu Tai Joint Stock Company, 278 Nguyen Thi Dinh Street, Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh Province on the working days (from Monday to Friday) from December 12, 2012.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
