On November 13, 2012, HOSE had Decision No.164/2012/QD-SGDHCM to allow Phuc Tien Trade-Manufacture Joint Stock Company to list additional shares on the Ho Chinh Minh Stock exchange as follows:

- Stock symbol: PHT

- Stock type: common stock

- Par value: VND10,000 / share

- Additional volume: 1,440,037 shares

- Total additional value (based on par value): VND14,400,370,000.

- Effective date of the listing license: November 15, 2012
