AVF: AVF receives a certificate to issue new shares

On October 15, 2012, the State Securities Commission of Vietnam granted Certificate No.46/UBCK-GCN to Anvifish Joint Stock Company so that Anvifish Joint Stock Company can offer its shares to the public as follows:

- Listed firm: Anvifish Joint Stock Company

- Paid-in charter capital: VND225 billion

- Stock symbol: AVF

- Stock type: Common Stock

- Par value: VND10,000

- Total offering volume: 10,000,000 shares

- Total issue value (basing on par value): VND100 billion

- Distribution time: within 90 days from the effective date of the certificate.

- Offering method: according to the Company’s prospectus.

- Advisory company: BIDV Securities Joint Stock Company.
