Purpose: to implement the cash dividend payment of 2011.
Dividend pay-out ratio: 3% (VND300/share)
Payment date: August 22, 2012

Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: Head office of Mien Dong Joint – Stock Company, Street 1, Bien Hoa Industrial Park, An Binh Ward, Bien Hoa City on working days from August 22, 2012 and please submit ID card.
