On July 24, 2012, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Announcement No.676/2012/TB-SGDHCM to announce the listing and trading of additional shares of FPT Corporation on the HOSE as follows:

- Stock symbol: FPT

- Stock type: Common Stock

- Par value: VND10,000

- Volume: 3,762,899 shares

(Those are the shares issued to FPT's employees according to Resolution of AGM 2012 dated April 14, 2012)

- Total value (basing on par value): VND 37,628,990,000.

- Effective date of the listing license: July 26, 2012

- Official trading date: July 31, 2012
