HSG: Beginning construction of Hoa Sen - Pho Dong Building

Hoasen Group (HOASEN GROUP.) has disclosed the construction of Hoa Sen – Pho Dong Building as follows:
* On December 12, 2009, Hoa Sen- Pho Dong Building will officially begin construction at Phuoc Long B Ward, Dist. 9, HCMC. This is a joint-venture project of HOASEN GROUP. (50%) and Pho Dong Development Investment Joint Stock Company (*) (50%). The building is nearly the main crossroads of Do Xuan Hop St., and Long Thanh – Dau Giay Highway and far away from Thu Thiem New Urban Area about 5km.
* With nearly VND180 billion of total investment value, the building will be built on 3,600m2 with 35% of building coverage ratio and 22,300m2 of total floor space. The building has 18 floors included 03 floors for trade and 15 floors for apartments and supplies 210 apartments for about 700 residents.
* This project is begun first in 03 projects which HOASEN GROUP. is deploying at Dist. 9.
