Sai Gon Securities Incorporation (SSI) has announce an extraodinary information of the BOD's resolution as follows:

* On November 02, 2009, the BOD appoved a supplement of issuing shares to employees in the choice plan which was suggested with issuing bonus shares and convertible bonds.

* Expected issue volume is 3 million shares. The Chairman of the BOD was assigned to prepare a detail plan for the next shareholders’ meeting.
