Pursuant to Point 4, Article 12, Listing Regulations at HASTC attached to Decision No.324/QĐ-SGDHN dated 04/06/2010, on 03/8/2012, HNX announces that the alert has been removed from following stock:

- Issuer: AnPhat Securities Joint Stock Company

- Stock code: APG

- Reason: profit after tax in the audited reviewed financial statement FY 2012 is positive (VND 5,272,325,150).
