Viet Nam Trading and Construction Development Investment Joint Stock Company (HNX:MBG) announced the notice of record date for dividend payment and seasoned issue as follows:

- Reasons:
1. Dividend payment by share
+ Exercise rate: 10% (shareholders receive 10 new shares for every 100 shares they own. The number of shares shareholder receive is rounded down to unit digit. Odd-lot shares will be offered to other subjects with price of VND10,000/share and will be paid to shareholders)
+ Place of payment:
- For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
- For undeposited shares: Office of Viet Nam Trading and Construction Development Investment Joint Stock Company, No. 906 Nguyen Khoai, group 10, Thanh Tri ward, Hoang Mai district, Hanoi on working days. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required.

- Number of shares to be issued: 12,000,000 shares
- Subject of the issue: outstanding shareholders in the list on the record date
- Exercise rate: 2: 3 (shareholders are entitled to buy 3 new shares for every 2 shares they own. Number of shares received will be rounded down to unit digit). Odd shares and unsold shares will be distributed to other subjects with price not lower than that offered to outstanding shareholders.
- Issue price: VND10,000/share
- Time for transfer of purchase rights: from 21/04/2017 to 05/05/2017
- Time for registration and payment: from 21/04/2017 to 10/05/2017
- Purchase rights can be transfered once only.
- Exercise Place:
+ For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
