5. Record date: 17/11/2016
6. Ex-date: 16/11/2016
7. Reasons:
* Dividend payment in cash in advance of 2016
- Exercise rate: 10%/share (shareholders receive VND 1,000 for each share they own)
- Place of payment:
+ For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
+ For undeposited shares: Hanoi – Hai Duong Beer JSC on working days from 30/11/2016 . Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above.
