6. Ex-date: 03/10/2016
7. Reasons:
* Dividend payment in cash for year 2015:
- Exercise rate: 2.5% (shareholders will receive VND250 for every share they own)
- Place of payment:
+ For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
+ For undeposited shares: DAP-VINACHEM Joint Stock Company on working days. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above.
