5. Record date: 05/08/2016
6. Ex-date: 04/08/2016
7. Reasons:
* Dividend payment in cash of 2015
- Exercise rate: 12%/share (shareholders receive VND 1,200 for each share they own)
- Place of payment:
+ For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
+ For undeposited shares: KASATI JSC on working days from 22/08/2016. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above.
