Pursuant to Listing Regulations at the HNX attached to Decision No.324/QĐ-SGDHN dated 04/06/2010, HNX announces that the following stock has been put under supervision:


- Issuer: GiaiPhong Motor JSC
- Stock code: GGG
- Reason: profit after tax in the audited financial statement FY 2011 and 2012 is negative (-VND 65,257,836,634 and –VND 27,342,982,406)
- Effective date: 09/04/2013
Supervision period ends when GiaiPhong Motor JSC overcomes current situation.
