Bach Dang TMC construction investment Joint Stock Company has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders. The following resolutions were approved:

• Report from the BOD 2012
• Operating result 2012 and plan 2013:

* 2012:
- Revenue: VND 57.67 billion
- Profit after tax: - VND 9.705 billion
- Dividend payment: 0%
* 2013:
- Revenue: VND 135 billion
- Profit after tax: VND 12.5 billion
- Payable to the state: VND 7.8 billion
- Dividend payment: 3%

• Audited financial statement 2012
• Profit distribution and dividend payment 2012
• Report from Supervisory board 2012
• Selection of auditor for FY 2013
• Payment for the BOD and Supervisory board 2012 and 2013:

• 2012

- for the BOD: VND 75,600,000
- for Supervisory board: VND 8,400,000

• 2013

- Not make payment for the BOD and Supervisory in 2013 because the profit after tax in 2012 is negative

• Chair of the board also holds General manager position
