Pursuant to Listing Regulations at the HNX attached to Decision No.324/QĐ-SGDHN dated 04/06/2010, HNX announces that the following stock has been put under supervision:


- Issuer: Hoang Ha JSC
- Stock code: HHG
- Reason: profit after tax in the audited financial statement FY 2011 and 2012 is negative (-VND 2,934,449,154 and –VND 10,418,805,298)
- Effective date: 04/04/2013
Supervision period ends when Hoang Ha JSC overcomes current situation.
