Commission, and the Official Correspondence guiding the determination of securities ineligible for margin trading issued on 05/10/2011 by the State Securities Commission, the Hanoi Stock Exchange announces the following stock ineligible for margin trading:

- Issuer: Viglacera Ha Long JSC

- Securities type: common stock

- Stock code: VHL

- Reason for ineligibility for margin trading: After excluding the audit exception with amount of VND11.4 billion (because the Company has not set up provision for investment loss for contract No. 01/2012/HDHTKD with Viglacera Dong Trieu), the profit after tax will be minus VND 10,477,110,440

- Effective date: 15/03/2013
