Pursuant to Listing Regulations at the HNX attached to Decision No.324/QĐ-SGDHN dated 04/06/2010, HNX announces that the following stock has been put under supervision:


- Issuer: Song Da Yaly Cement JSC
- Stock code: SDY
- Reason: profits after tax in the 02 audited financial statements are negative (FY2011: -VND17,880,272,671 and FY2012: -VND4,827,331,048)
- Effective date: 18/03/2013
Supervision period ends when Song Da Yaly Cement JSC overcomes current situation.
